Shipping: Here at The NJC Shop, shipping is always free! Items generally ship within 10 - 18 days of order. However, because we use a variety of suppliers, shipping dates can vary. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact njc-info@judges.org (shipping rates apply to expedited orders only). Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of some items. 

Returns: Here at The NJC shop, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

In general, claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Refunds: 

Refunds are issued for the following reasons:

- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).
- The order went missing.
- The estimated delivery time has expired.

Please contact us if you have any issues and the begin the refund process. Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.* 

Gift option: Currently we do not have the ability to offer custom messages or a gift wrapping option to orders. 

*We can not accept returns/exchange requests for items ordered in the wrong size. If you ordered a size but a different size than you ordered arrives, we will be able to process that exchange. However, if you order and receive the same size and it does not fit, we can not issue a refund or send a different size. All items are printed at time of order. We do not keep physical stock of any of the items offered for sale at shop.judges.org.
